Gavtech has been working in the electrical industry for over 20 years, involved in everything from the simple and small to the most challenging, complex and large scale projects.
Utilising our wealth of electrical, engineering and project management experience, we have been entrusted to design and maintain projects which have been delivered both on time and on budget.
Gavtech was established in January 2010, initially to assist with Project Management works for a three lot sub-division of an acreage property and the construction of two dwelling houses and two rural sheds including the total electrical, data, and security installation works for the above mentioned buildings.
Our project services include: Project Management, Engineering Consulting, Risk Assessments, Electrical and Control System Design, CAD Drafting, Software Programming, Commissioning, Technical and Trade services, Report writing, Functional Acceptance Testing, Breakdowns and Service calls whilst maintaining thorough application of AS3000, AS3007, AS3008, AS4024 standards

Safety Compliance Resources
Design and Project Management of Dwelling Houses and Sheds
AutoCAD design of two custom rural dwelling homes, management of site preparation, procurement and supervision of all potable water, stormwater and septic systems.
Management of Shed CDC approvals, concrete slabs and shed construction. Provision and installation of NBN FTTP services.
Design, installation, wiring, and fit-off of electrical sub-mains, distribution boards, light & power, Cat6 data, audio visual and security systems.
Project Management of Three Lot Acreage Property Sub-Division
Property research and selection, procurement, financing and cash flow management.
Preparation and lodging of Environmental Impact Statement, and Development Application. Arranged various land clearing and landscaping sub-projects, 150m extension of Sydney Water main in street, 3 Bay extension of 415VAC supply, three private power poles with meter boxes, three rural driveway cross-overs with double gates and two-coat bitumen seal.
Brick Works - Various Kiln Control System Upgrades

AutoCAD mechanical and electrical design drafting, installation and wiring of Siemens S7-400 and ET200S controller hardware.
Sick DL100 laser distance sensor, Profinet networking, wiring and commissioning of new Limitorque actuators.
Configuration and programming using Simatic S5, S7 and WinCC Flex HMI software
Waste Recycling Facilities - Western Sydney

Building management system repairs and upgrades including Vacon VSD parameter support.
Citect SCADA modifications, Belimo Damper motor replacement and configuration and Beckhoff PLC interrogation
Safety Verification Report - MeadWestvaco packaging machine (Sub-Contract)
Detailed review of machine documentation whilst under construction in Europe.
Investigate selection of safety field devices and connection thereof.
Development of comprehensive report advising on techniques and modifications required for compliance with Safety Category 4 guarding under AS4024 standards.
